The venue was lovely little and special, I loved the stay and the location was excellent not far from Dover, Folkestone & the coast as well as Dover Ferry Port & Channel Tunnel. Comforts of deluxe queen room with fabulous views were fabulous. I spent here 1 special day and would stay here again.

A nice size and good value for money, reasonably priced rooms with very unique furniture throughout the bathroom and added robes plus very comfy bed.

The breakfast is savoury and excellent with a good choice of things to eat and drink. I have stayed in the classic double room with about 4 or 5 tables of 4-6 covers. I would come here again, the place met standards.

The staff are amazingly attentive and exceptionally welcoming, managed the parking on-site.

The location is quiet and ideal and they have parking on-site. The room is good value for money and with coffee, a TV set, and an individual terrace.

Overall had really nice stay for one night. Savoury and sensational breakfasts with porridge, toast and an option of porridge, everyone could try something new. The hotel was in an unbeatable and excellent location next to the ferries at Dover, peaceful, great walking areas and the Channel Tunnel. Also, St John's Commandery was 4 km away.

Reasonably priced place, had a very nice stay on a sunny weekend. The most extremely helpful and amazingly attentive staff I ever met. The room was well decorated, included hypoallergenic pillows. Enjoyed their local drinks, served in the wine bar. Everything was modern, I recommend.

The hotel was in a stunning and good location for one night. It was a nice area, a convenient base for me.

We ate in the exceptional restaurant with quirky decor which was reasonably priced.

We didn't have breakfast, were a little disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Bed&Breakfast. The staff at Marquis were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond by preparing a salad and sandwiches for our late arrival and even kept them in the fridge for us. The room we had was absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast served was perfect. The location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to Deal and St Margaret’s bay. the staff, room, and food made our visit truly enjoyable.

It was good base for overnight stay. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. They had an early check-in. The location in a lovely area was incredible and brilliant. The specialities were warm and served in the great restaurant.
